26th February 2010 - Press release in reply to Dr de Marco's Press Statement on Villa Bonici as appeared on The Times of Malta dated 25th February 2010


 

20th February 2010 Entitled "Presented to the Prime Minister the proposals to safeguard Villa Bonici and the surrounding area from further development and inclusion of an 'old peoples' home' ". The outcomes of the meeting SRA committee members had with Hon. Dr. Mario de Marco, Parliamentary Secretary responsible for Tourism, Culture and the Environment within the Office of the Prime Minster and MEPA Chairman Mr Walker. 


  

  12th January 2010 - Entitled "SRA urges MEPA to save Sliema gardens and atmosphere". SRA urges MEPA to protect heritage buildings and gardens as well. SRA also highlights impact of such deveopment on the local environment 


 

 12th January 2010 : Entitled : "Sliema Residents Association meeting with the Sliema Local Council" . SRA and Sliema Local Council discuss current conditions being experienced by locals, during what was described as a cordial and fruitful meeting. Full press release in Maltese and English.
